This website is operated by VH Burton. Throughout the site, the terms “I,” “me,” “my,” or “the store” refer to VH Burton. This site offers products, artwork, and merchandise for sale under the VH Burton brand. By visiting the site or purchasing something, you engage in my “Service.”
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use this site or place an order. By using this site, you affirm that you are of legal age or have parental consent.
3. Products and Services
All products are made to order or one-of-a-kind. I reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update product details and pricing at any time without notice.
Original artwork is one-of-one and sold as-is. All art sales are final.
4. Orders
By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or abuse.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and supported methods including Apple Pay, credit card, and others listed at checkout. Prices are listed in USD.
6. Shipping
I aim to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible through Printful or other print-on-demand partners. Delivery times vary by product and location. VH Burton is not responsible for delays due to the shipping carrier, customs, or force majeure.
7. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final unless a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In that case, contact v.h.burtonwrites@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with proof and a resolution will be arranged. Original artwork is non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including but not limited to artwork, designs, branding, photography, copy, and logos — is the property of VH Burton and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
9. User Behavior
You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes, to harass or harm others, or to interfere with the operation of the site or its content.
10. Limitation of Liability
VH Burton shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of products. All services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
11. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Riverside County, CA.
12. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
